Note: Works with any DXF. If standard layers exist (PLATE_OUTLINE, SWITCH_CUTOUTS, STAB_CUTOUTS, PCB_SCREW_HOLES) they are used. Otherwise the largest closed polygon becomes the board outline, smaller polygons become cutouts, and circles ≤ 2mm radius become screw holes.
